General Information
- Desert Experience Tourism (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides desert safaris, rides, city tours, and related tourism services in the UAE.
- By booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
- We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be made through our website, authorized agents, or directly with our team.
- To confirm a booking, full or partial payment (as specified) must be made in advance.
- Payments are accepted via secure online payment gateways, bank transfers, or cash (when applicable).
- Prices listed are per person unless otherwise stated and may vary depending on the tour type and inclusions.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Customer Cancellation:
- More than 24 hours before the tour: Full refund.
- Within 24 hours of the tour: No refund.
- No-show: Guests who fail to show up at the designated pickup point at the confirmed time will be charged the full price.
- Company Cancellation: In the rare event that we cancel a tour (e.g., due to weather, operational issues, or government restrictions), you may choose between a full refund or rescheduling.
Tour Operations
- Pickup and drop-off are included only when specified in the booking.
- Tour durations are approximate and may vary depending on traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
- We reserve the right to alter or cancel parts of the itinerary due to safety, operational, or environmental reasons.
- Guests must follow the instructions of guides and drivers at all times for their safety.
Health & Safety
- Certain activities (e.g., dune bashing, quad biking, dune buggy rides) are not suitable for:
- Pregnant women
- Individuals with back, neck, or heart conditions
- Children under the specified age/height limits
- Guests participate in activities at their own risk. We are not liable for injuries or accidents caused by non-compliance with safety instructions.
- Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions or dietary requirements.
Liability
- Desert Experience Tourism acts as an operator and/or agent for third-party service providers (transport companies, activity organizers, restaurants, etc.).
- We are not responsible for delays, losses, damages, or accidents caused by third-party providers, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure events (e.g., extreme weather, government actions).
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booked service.
Children & Families
- Children must always be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- Age and height restrictions may apply for certain activities (e.g., quad biking, dune buggy).
Personal Belongings
- Guests are responsible for their own belongings.
- We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during tours.
Photography & Media
- We may capture photos or videos during tours for promotional purposes. By joining, you consent to the use of such media unless you notify us in advance.
- Guests are welcome to take personal photos/videos, provided they respect the privacy of others.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
