For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour’s scheduled start time, refunds are not guaranteed. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. While we will do our best to assist you, any potential refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.

- Pay-on-Site: For select tours, we also offer a pay-on-site option, where you can make payment upon arrival at the tour location. This option may not be available for all tours, so please confirm during the booking process. If you have opted for pay-on-site, no refund is applicable as no payment has been made in advance.
