At Desert Experience Tourism, we value your trust and want to ensure complete transparency regarding cancellations and refunds. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:
Customer Cancellations
- More than 24 hours before the tour:
You will receive a 100% refund of the total booking amount. - Within 24 hours of the tour:
No refund will be issued. - No-show:
Guests who fail to appear at the designated pickup point at the confirmed time will be charged the full tour price.
Company Cancellations
- In rare cases where we must cancel a tour (e.g., extreme weather, operational issues, or government restrictions), you may choose between:
- A full refund, or
- Rescheduling your tour to a later date, subject to availability.
Rescheduling
- Guests may request to reschedule their booking more than 24 hours in advance, subject to availability and approval.
- Rescheduling within 24 hours of the tour is not permitted.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Special Cases (Non-Refundable)
- Some promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable, which will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.
- Add-on services (e.g., private transfers, special requests) may not be refundable once confirmed.
Force Majeure
We are not liable to provide refunds or compensation for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Extreme weather conditions
- Government actions or restrictions
- Political unrest or emergencies
