By booking a tour or activity with Desert Experience Tourism (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“you” or “the customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Bookings and Payments:
Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or via email.
Confirmation of your booking is subject to availability and receipt of payment (if applicable).
We offer various payment options, including online payments and pay-on-site (for select tours). Details will be provided during the booking process.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Cancellations and Refunds:
Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows: Full refunds are provided for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour commencement. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior are not guaranteed a refund; however, you may contact us to discuss your situation. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed on a case-by-case basis. 3. Tour Participation and Conduct:
Customers are expected to arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time.
We reserve the right to refuse participation to any individual who is deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behavior is deemed disruptive or unsafe.
Customers are responsible for their own safety and belongings during the tour.
Instructions given by our guides and staff must be followed at all times.
4. Liability and Responsibility:
We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, or acts of terrorism.
We are not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged during the tour.
Customers participate in activities at their own risk.
5. Use of Your Information for Marketing:
When you book a tour with us and provide your contact information (such as your email address and phone number), you agree that we may use this information for remarketing purposes. This may include sending you emails or SMS messages about new tours, special offers, and promotions that we believe may be of interest to you.
We will never sell your personal information to third parties. Your privacy is important to us.
You have the right to opt out of receiving marketing communications from us at any time. You can do this by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in our emails or by contacting us directly.
